Alice is a specialist employment relations / industrial relations practitioner. With 20 years’ experience operating across both New Zealand and the UK, she has a positive and unflappable approach – working with clients to achieve their best possible outcome from any given situation; applying a flexible and pragmatic approach to get the job done.
While employment relations is her core skill set, she is a seasoned professional in the related disciplines of change management/restructuring, remuneration, collective bargaining, HR policy, performance management and development systems, and generalist HR advice and guidance. She is also a Resolution Institute accredited mediator and trained conflict management coach.
Alice enjoys adapting her approach to effectively serve a wide variety of people leaders and businesses – understanding their operating preferences and industry context, and tailoring options and recommendations for their situation. From trades and retail, to manufacturing, to professional services, to large corporate entities, she has extensive experience supporting and coaching business leaders to achieve robust and sustainable resolutions to both routine and complex individual and collective people matters.
