Her former positions as Board Member and National Vice President of HRNZ underscore her commitment to the industry. Lisa is experienced in all things people and culture including organisational design, leadership development, health and safety, and dispute resolution, and is also a licensed Private Investigator enabling her to conduct independent investigations for employers.
